  • Built scenario refresh, merge and merge-to-main for org scenarios of 100K+ employee records, syncing live org data into scenarios and merging changes back, using Redis-queued Node.js workers and a Vue conflict-review workflow.
  • Building point-in-time org snapshots so each chart's scenario-vs-main-org comparison can use the org at scenario creation or today.
  • Implemented 4 span-of-control metrics and vacancy counts per org-chart node, recomputed as people are added, removed or moved.
  • Built an operating-model planner mapping people and effort to tasks and costs, with a D3.js canvas, spreadsheet view and FTE charts.
  • Added main-org vs. scenario forecast comparisons with deltas by month, quarter or year, plus forecast export (Node.js, Python).
  • Built CSV auto-mapping of customer data to platform fields, so selecting a pivot-column value in a scenario auto-fills related fields.

  • Built a multi-modal AI pipeline that turns inspection photos and voice notes into structured, severity-scored findings.
  • Matched new findings to past inspections with pgvector similarity search to surface comparable issues and repair costs.
